Mud Tank

Waste water tanks are tanks in which water flue filter circulates in a closed circuit. This system operates as a closed circuit to divert the central lutes in the washed flue gas. The flue length depends on the flue diameter and flow rate. The system includes one pump and a panel. The system is automatically activated when the boiler starts operating, preventing the contamination of the sewer system with harmful wastes.

Flue

Flue systems vary according to the capacity and type of steam boiler. They are used to transmit the burned exhaust gas into the air. Flue systems are customized according to boiler type. (Diameter, length and raw material used) Flues can be customized and produced according to boiler type at our facilities.

Water Flue

Water filter systems are used in boilers fired with solid fuel. These systems are designed to prevent the contamination of air with ash and similar waste particles after combustion. They can be produced as chrome or carbon steel and can be installed either on the ground or at the end of the flue. These environment friendly systems can be selected according to customer request and boiler type. They are standardized for our boilers and can also be adapted to other boilers.

Water filter systems can be specially designed according to industry and flue type and used either on the ground or at the end of the flue.

Boiler systems are used in facilities that require hot water. A boiler system is coupled with a heat source. As a heat source, steam boiler, hot water boiler, electrical resistance or solar energy can be used. The steam or hot water circulates inside or outside the boiler tank to heat the domestic water in the boiler. This system can be designed and produced for any tonnage.

The capacity of CBK- Boiler series can be between 200- 10.000 lt.

Exchangers are used for heat exchange. They are used for heating or cooling. They can also be used for converting steam to hot water or cooling a liquid with another liquid. It can be tailored for any kilocalorie according to customer needs.

Both tube type or plate type heat exchangers can be produced according to the required heat exchange values.

This is a standard equipment in a boiler. It can also be produced in any size and dimension.

For steam boilers with insufficient steam capacity , the front furnace system can be tailored at any size and dimension to meet the system's needs.
